Raja-Lynn has been born into the industry with the direction of her mother, the owner of WDYH. Being a part of a family-owned business, she would sometimes assist with clients from the age of nine years old. She would travel and take part in WDYH’s hair shows and events and became a certified apprentice in 2016. She is excellent at braiding, locs, and multi-textured haircuts. She is working to become a certified Hairstylist in 2020.

Brittney has been a certified Hairstylist since 2016. In 2014, Brittney started as an apprentice at Who Dyd Your Hair from High School and has gained additional skills such as braiding, extensions, locs and chemical relaxing techniques. With confidence in working with all hair textures, Brittney is also certified through Joico.

Yolande is one of the first few Red Seal Cosmetologists endorsed through the Industry Training Authority in British Columbia. She is also an educator in the Northwest Region for McBride Research Laboratories and opened Who Dyd Your Hair in 2009, one of the very few multicultural hair salons on Vancouver Island. Licensed with her additional advanced courses in braiding and additional hair and the intentions of a salon catering to “the curly girl”, she has been teaching in schools on both sides of the Canada/US border ever since and catering to all hair types. For Vancouver Island, she is Joico certified, known as a Judge/Scrutinizer for Skills Canada and other Vancouver Island hair competitions, as well as her hair shows and braiding tents for festivals and community events. With her love of natural hair care, her clientele comes from all parts of the world and in all races, from curly to straight hair alike.
